Flying base near the airport, Episkopi Gonias. Instructions: You take the Eparchiaki odo Thira - Kamari, and you turn in the street next to Brasserie, Santorini Brewing company. You take it straight following the road, and turn right towards the Santorini Stone Quarry (not the church of Episkopi). Just before the Stone Quarry is the Heli Alpha Helicopter base.
